Before visiting us for your next appointment, please read
our COVID-19 health & safety regulations below.

Dear Customer

  • Please be punctual
  • Please come on your own
  • Please have a mask on (we do have in salon for purchase)
  • You will be allowed to use our amenities
  • We are not allowed to serve any beverages except water in a disposable cup and only when asked for
  • You are not allowed to bring your own food or beverages
  • Please use the hand sanitiser as you enter either of our entrances
  • We have hand sanitiser / wipes readily available for your use throughout the salon
  • You will be greeted by a staff member on your arrival
  • If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask us before you arrive for your appointment
  • If you suspect you have any COVID-19 / Flu like symptoms, please rather postpone your appointment
  • We understand and acknowledge (albeit that we are navigating in uncharted territories) that there is a possibility of having a ‘heightened reaction’ to the chemicals found in hair colour and treatments, particularly if you’ve had Covid and/or have ‘Long Covid’ symptoms.
    It is best practice and we recommend that all clients (irrespective of Covid or not) should by default do a skin allergy test at least 48 hours before your next hair appointment to predict and prevent any adverse reactions.
    Whilst this is not compulsary, should you opt not to have a skin allergy test, please note that the salon would not be liable or have any obligations towards you in the event of an adverse reaction.
  • Please maintain social distancing as best as you can at all times
  • We will only accept pre-booked appointments – no walk in business is allowed
  • The government will review statistics every 21 days and this could possibly lead to having to close again (hopefully not – but in the event that it does happen, we will be in touch with you to reschedule – so no need to worry)
  • We do accept cash payments, but would prefer credit card payments for obvious reasons
  • The salon has put all measures in place to ensure that the salon environment is COVID-19 Health and Safety regulation compliant
  • All our staff have successfully completed an industry recognised COVID-19 Infection Control course

Yours and our safety is of paramount concern and it is in everyone’s interest to be vigilant with regards to the above listed precautions as we would like to keep the salon open for you, our employees, all our other customers and for the sake of everyone’s general well-being.
